Privacy Policy

This is a draft privacy policy pending legal review. It describes what I actually collect and why, in plain language, but has not yet been checked by a lawyer. Do not treat it as final legal advice.

What I collect

• Contact and kit forms. Name, email, company, and what you write to me. Handled by Jetpack Forms.
• Booking a call. If you book a call, Calendly collects your name, email, and the details you enter for scheduling. This is subject to Calendly’s own privacy policy.
• Basic site analytics. Page views and general visitor stats through Jetpack Stats. This does not identify you personally.
• Spam protection. Akismet checks form submissions for spam. It may process your IP address and message content to do this.

Why I collect it

To reply to your message, to schedule a call if you book one, to keep the site secure and free of spam, and to understand roughly how the site is used so I can improve it.

Cookies

Essential cookies keep the site working. Optional cookies, for the booking calendar and analytics, are only set after you accept them in the cookie banner. You can change your choice at any time by clearing your browser’s site data for mahan-mousavi.com.

How long I keep it
